How does billing work?
Our plans operate on an auto-renewing subscription model. You will be automatically billed at the end of your billing cycle (weekly, monthly, or yearly) via Razorpay's secure gateway.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. There are no hidden contracts. You can easily cancel your auto-renewal at any time directly from your Dashboard. You won't be billed again.
Do I need an internet connection to use Pro?
Seeya AI remains 100% offline for core tasks. Internet is only needed for the initial payment, background subscription verification, and online features like web search.
What happens if my payment fails or I cancel?
If your subscription is cancelled or a payment fails, your app will automatically revert to the Free tier. Don't worry — all your saved data and memories stay completely intact.
